Not every spinal condition requires surgery. Depending on the findings, conservative treatment may include tailored pain management, physiotherapy, movement and strengthening exercises. We also advise on back-friendly movement and appropriate activity in everyday life. The aim is to relieve symptoms, improve mobility and support a return to your usual activities.
